Distance Learning System, via LIEC, provides high quality, updated collegiate courses that are delivered either online, or by ordinary mail under the candidate request. Courses have been designed to provide an exciting and meaningful education experience. Class attendance is not required; You study all the required materials at your own. There are office hours at which you can meet your instructor to help you get the subject.
Within our society there are legions of productive individuals who have no formal university education. Others found it necessary to drop out of college prior to obtaining the degree they desired..
Many of these people have acquired an extensive education through life experiences and some have become experts in their respective fields and professions. What is common among many of these individuals, and what frequently limits their personal and professional growth, is the lack of formal educational credentials. If you find yourself among this group or if you simply want a degree for personal satisfaction, a nontraditional (external) degree may be the answer. In general, external degrees can be obtained often without attending classes, and for many, in a relatively short period of time.

Nontraditional education is an honest and fully legal recognized method of obtaining a degree. Possessing such a degree has literally changed the lives of thousands of people around the world. However, all external degrees, are not alike.
If our evaluation finds you are qualified for a nontraditional degree (based on your life and work experience) you will be provided a degree program the center sees will best meet your specific needs. On the other hand, if our evaluation finds you are not qualified for a nontraditional degree ( based on your life and work experience) you will be referred to a traditional school that most likely will be able to assist you in completing your degree.
Study is in correspondence, except the faculties of sciences and computer; Wherever you are, you can order your courses and all matter of study to be delivered to you by mail, and study at your own.
Assessment and Evaluation:
No formal exams are to be done, but to write a report summarizing the main
points of each of the required courses. Assessment is primarly based on the
reports done.
