The Shore/Hitt Team is the most referred team in Los Angeles. Ronald and David have spent years cultivating meaningful relationships with successful agents from across the country and abroad. Both Shore and Hitt serve on the Associate Leadership Council of Keller Williams Los Feliz, a body that acts as a Board of Directors for the market center, and they both have a long tradition of training and mentoring other agents. Between them they hold various designations such as Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Seniors’ Real Estate Specialist (SRES), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Global Property Specialist (GPS), ePro, and hold membership in the Keller Williams Luxury Homes International division as well as the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing.
Ronald
Ronald served as the Team Leader/CEO of a Keller Williams office for 3 years. His sales focus for the last 11 years has been on luxury homes on the Westside of Los Angeles, including West Hollywood, Hollywood Hills, Los Feliz and Beverly Hills. Ronald has received multiple Top Producer awards as well as having been ranked in his market center’s Top 10, has been recognized by Keller Williams as a Cultural Ambassador, and has been given a Regional Impact award by the company. He has also served as President of a local chapter of the Women’s Council of Realtors. Ronald’s background is in interior design and in the entertainment business. Additionally, he formerly co-owned one of Los Angeles’ most-loved bakeries. He and his husband have been together for 21 years and live with their three diabolical dachshunds.
David
David is a Broker Associate and has a comprehensive knowledge of real estate, from residential sales to estates and investment properties. Before coming to Keller Williams, David was with Coldwell Banker, and with Prudential California Realty. He has been in the real estate industry since 1996 and has been recognized repeatedly with Top Producer awards such as the Chairman Circle Gold Award, and the Diamond Society Award. David specializes in Properties in Los Angeles, including Beverly Hills, Hollywood Hills, West Hollywood, Hollywood, Downtown, Santa Monica, Culver City, Brentwood, Westwood, West LA, Los Feliz, Silverlake, Burbank, Atwater Village, Cypress Park, Eagle Rock, Glassell Park, Glendale, Highland Park, Mt Washington, Montecito Heights, Sherman Oaks, Studio City, Encino, and the San Fernando Valley. David is well versed in the workings of the ever changing Southern California real estate market. He enjoys giving back to the community through his involvement with local charities including animal rescue organizations and helping at-risk youth.
