reveral.comReveral Creates Jobs Where There Are None
The founders of New York based Reveral knew there were a large number of jobs to be had, but not in the standard practice. People are often hired by businesses to help fill a distinct need for a very short period of time. Most of these people are found through agencies; their references checked, skills tested and on call. Often there is a 4 hour minimum that many companies embrace. In this or any market a company may have a need but they just can’t hire a person full time for that role. Businesses spend a premium using agencies to fill this need, while freelancers lose out on a percentage of the paycheck.
Reveral’s 4hr Job lets businesses find the right candidate, review their references, portfolio and skill certifications and directly connect from the site. People have greater control, now able to obtain and manage multiple clients through themselves. Employers get exactly what they need to stay in budget, sans the fees; and now have a candidate database extending beyond a single location.

About Reveral
Hire and be hired faster. Reveral’s website lets users combine all the information needed to be hired in one place to get a job faster. References, skill certifications and communication are at hand speeding up approval processes.
According to a LinkedIn-CNBC poll, employers are seeking three things from a reference: openness, the minimum of legal exposure and an accelerated process. Reveral solves these problems through its design. References will no longer be shocked or overwhelmed by employer calls, while legal caveats protect users and an antiquated process gets a high speed makeover. No more “references on request”.
Reveral, which is the composite of the words verified & reference was founded by freelancers and business owners who designed the site to address the needs of independent workers and small businesses.
