Radley Run Country Club breaks ground for new golf clubhouse
Radley Run Country Club President John Cianciulli, Treasurer Bruce Lucarelli and Capital Project Steering Committee Chair Kurt Hutter used ceremonial gold shovels to turn the first spades of earth to begin construction of a new golf Clubhouse, located immediately behind the 18th hole. They were joined by the Club's General Manager Mark Litrenta, Dolly Hernandez, Project Manager for general contractor Pancoast & Clifford and Mike Magnavita, CEO of the Franklin Mint Credit Union, which provided both project and long-term financing. Mr. Cianciulli said "This brand new clubhouse overlooking our great golf course will truly make Radley Run unmatched in providing a great member experience for our members and their guests."
Member Craig Stabler said, "As long-term members of Radley Run, we’re thrilled about the new clubhouse and all the changes that will enhance the club and surrounding community," while Member and "Mr. Enthusiasm" Bob Sinton sang the project's praises with these words: "Radley Run's ‘Jewel Of A Golf Course,’ great pool, racquets facilities and junior programs is ‘Raising The Bar’ even higher with this new clubhouse overlooking the 18th green!"
The new Clubhouse, designed by ChambersUSA, is the centerpiece of the Club's "Radley Run Renaissance" which includes over $10 million in enhancements to the Racquets Hut, courts, pool, Mansion, banquet and wedding facilities.
Radley Run Country Club, founded in 1965, is located in beautiful and historic West Chester, Chester County, Pennsylvania, less than an hour from Philadelphia and only 30 minutes from Wilmington, Delaware.
