Since the ingenious inception of Ross Celebrity PR, LLC in 1993, Karen has catapulted many clients into the limelight. Ross represents personalities from the worlds of Entertainment, Music & Fashion. The ability to make a client standout in todays competitive environment is a vital part of our services. Karen's creativity, resourcefulness & commitment to success and comprehensive knowledge of how the media works has become the formula for Ross Celebrity PR's success. Ross defines her role of Celebrity Publicist & Music Manager as "someone who guides her clients in every aspect of their lives". She directs them, advises them & draws on her experience and expertise to lead them to their ultimate goals of fame & fortune. Prior to starting Ross Celebrity PR, Karen spent many years in the fashion industry as VP of Advertising/PR & Special Events at a well known fashion house in NYC. She honed her skills as a freelance Art Director and stylist in the 80's/90's which enabled her to produce & direct some of the most note-worthy photo shoots in Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar and Elle Magazine’s w/ renowned photographer Patrick Demarchelier & supermodels Cindy Crawford, Nikki Taylor, Tyra Banks, Iman, Stephanie Seymour, Rachel Hunter & Heidi Klum.

In 2006 Karen joined forces with Legendary Record Producer Phil Ramone. The 14-time Grammy winner and 34 time nominee was revered as “The Pope of Pop”. With her ear for music & her knack for finding, developing & representing talent, Karen brought up & coming Recording Artists to the attention of Phil & Matt Ramone. They became business partners in 2006. Sadly Phil Ramone passed away in 2013. Karen continues to represent Actors, Singers, Songwriters, Producers, Musicians & Social Media Influencers under her company, Ross Celebrity PR & Music Management.

Karen has established offices in NYC, Los Angeles, London and Chicago.
She currently resides in Beverly Hills, California.
