Just Who is ERR?

Exclusive Relocation Realty (ERR) was founded in the 2000 by McKinley Jones (former Air Force Retired Officer) and Rika Asanuma (who has a degree in accounting and finance). The original mission was to help military personnel relocate to and from overseas. The company eventually graduated to helping anyone relocate from around the world. The products and services offered by the company were FREE and remains the same to date, especially for the Buyers because our company gets paid through the proceeds of the sale from the Seller’s side. We also offer First Time Home Sellers Seminars and First Time Homebuyers Seminars to all consumers! What makes it all work? Educating the consumer before they spend their hard-earned money on their dream of homeownership and for the Sellers, insuring that they sell their home at “Fair Market Value (FMV).”
All our agents have some form of designated specialties, which includes: Accredited Buyer’s Representation (ABR), Sellers Representative Specialist (SRES), At Home with Diversity (AHWD), Broker Price Opinion Resource (BPOR) Specialist, Certified Residential Property(CRS) Specialist, Certified Residential Broker (CRB) Manager, Short sales and Foreclosure (SFR) Specialist, Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE), Certified International Property (CIPS) Specialist, etc.
