Head of the Hooch Regatta Grows to 8,600 Rowers

The Head of the Hooch Regatta on November 7 & 8, 2009 will be 30% larger than last year, making it the second largest in the country. The Downtown Chattanooga, TN event is adding TN festival activities for the first time to create a great Tennessee event. - October 29, 2009
