Dog Trainer and Author Kathie Compton Conducts Dog Manner Test to Benefit Humane Society

Marfa dog trainer Kathie Compton invites all dog owners to become part of the solution to the homeless dogs problem by proving to the world that they are a responsible pet owner and their dogs are Good Canine Citizens. Compton will be conducting the American Kennel Club's "Canine Good Citizen" (CGC) test for any dogs over 6 months of age on August 4 from 9am to 2pm in Fort Davis, TX. The cost of the test is $15 and all proceeds going to Jeff Davis County Humane Society. - July 29, 2007
