Lebanese CF Patient Receives Life Saving Medication from US Non-Profit
A Cystic Fibrosis patient is facing the hardship of post-war Lebanon while trying to survive without his much needed medications. Because the war torn region is without the ability to supply CF medications, Cystic Fibrosis Worldwide, a US based NGO, is working to remedy the situation. While CFW does not usually supply medications or help patients on an individual basis, when Rami requested help, CFW began contacting organizations seeking assistance on his behalf. - October 05, 2006
