Tai Chi Proven Effective for Fibromyalgia

The ancient healing art of Tai Chi is verified in a New York Times article "Tai Chi Reported to Ease Fibromyalgia," August 19, 2010. The findings of a study at Tufts Medical Center were published in the New England Journal of Medicine. The 12-week study, designed by Ramel Rones, concluded that regular Tai Chi practice can help patients with Fibromyalgia, a chronic pain condition which causes fatigue, insomnia, and depression, and impairs function.
