Melissa M. Beck Honored with the New York City Bar’s McDonald Award

Melissa M. Beck, Chief Executive Officer of Legal Information for Families Today (LIFT), received the New York City Bar Association's 2011 Kathryn A. McDonald Award for Excellence in Service to Family Court on May 11, 2011. LIFT is the only nonprofit organization in New York City dedicated to empowering Family Court litigants to successfully self-advocate in Court. With the recent cuts to the State Court’s budget, Beck’s leadership and LIFT's services are needed more than ever. - May 12, 2011
