Northern VA Black Chamber to Hold 3rd Annual Candidates’ Night, 9/21 Local Event Connects Candidates and Black Community

A unique community civic engagement event, the Northern Virginia Black Chamber of Commerce’s nonpartisan Candidates' Night 2011 will welcome 150 members of the Black Community to meet candidates and their elected representatives.
