The Roger Sherman Inn in New Canaan, CT is hosting an event-packed recreation of the legendary Titanic’s last dinner on Saturday, April 14th. Throughout the night, guests will relive the grandeur of the Titanic on its centennial with a lavish champagne, a seven-course dinner that recreates the final First Class menu and dancing to the music of the era. The event will raise funds for the American Red Cross, which aided the Titanic survivors and the victims’ families 100 years ago. - March 27, 2012
