Hart Rank Associates Announces the formation of Med-Pulse and Licensing Agreement with Florida Institute of Technology for Skin Cancer Laser Detection Patented Technology. The technology enables the development of a laser-based system to be used in doctor’s offices and specialty imaging centers to detect the presence of skin cancer cells in a patient. The in office laser-based system will reduce and/or replace painful, costly & time-consuming biopsies. - April 10, 2012
