Steatite Announces the Merger of Steatite Blazepoint with Rugged Systems

Following the acquisition of Blazepoint assets in October last year, Steatite has merged the capabilities of both the Steatite Blazepoint and Rugged Systems divisions in a move to strengthen its rugged branding and offering. As of 1st April 2012 the newly formed division will trade under the Steatite Rugged Systems brand and continue to sit under the Steatite arm of Solid State PLC. - April 12, 2012
