By unanimous consent, the Board of Directors has confirmed the appointment of Emily Smith to serve as the foundation's Director serving the St. Louis Region. Also confirmed, two new board members Jazan Wallace and Amanda Beneze as ranking board members effective June 1st, 2012. - May 31, 2012
