Emerald Coast Update: More North Florida Homeowners Facing Foreclosure

The sharp increase in homeownership costs in Northwest Florida has placed many homeowners in the untenable position of losing their home. Residential Solutions Plus LLC (RSP) of Pensacola, Florida, has opened its doors to assist local homeowners who are facing foreclosure. According to Escambia County Clerk of Court, on May 25, 2007, there were 529 foreclosures filed, versus 305 foreclosures through the same date last year.
