Imagine being hot, exhausted and dirty. Temperatures reached 140 degrees and there’s dust and grit all over your body. You’ve been in full gear, which includes body armor, uniform, helmet, combat boots, utility belt, and your rifle. You finally make it back to base with one thought on your mind: a shower. This is what our female soldiers face every single day. But many come back to base and take a shower with a bar of soap that was made for a man. - June 13, 2007
