New Townhomes to be Built Near Future Arvada Light Rail Station

Chip Meston of Blue Valley Development Co. in Bennett, CO recently announced that he is building Olde Town Village, a community of nine two-story townhomes located at 5171 Carr St. The townhomes will be across from the new Griffith Station Park being developed by the city of Arvada, within walking distance to the new Griffith Station for light rail, and close to Olde Towne Arvada. - July 10, 2013
