Fairlead Commercial Real Estate LLC and The Creations Group (TCG) have purchased 34 Peachtree, a 30-story office tower in Downtown Atlanta. The buyers acquired the office building in partnership with private investors based in Asia. Located at 34 Peachtree Street in the heart of Downtown Atlanta, the office building offers tenants access to a variety of restaurants, shops, parks, attractions and a nearby MARTA rail station (Five Points). - September 20, 2013
