Nebraska Cookbook Wins Honorable Mention in San Francisco Book Festival
Grand Island, Neb., author and former restaurateur Fran Schaffer recently received an honorable mention in the San Francisco Book Festival for her cookbook, "Shortcuts to Gourmet Cooking and Family Favorites."
