Flawed Evidence Denies Drug Victims Justice
A new study by US Professor Donald W Miller MD and British lawyer Clifford G. Miller in the Journal of American Physicians and Surgeons Fall issue shows that valid legal claims of victims injured by medications can, unlike the Vioxx case in Texas USA, be blocked or systematically rejected by expert evidence based on flawed but accepted medical thinking.
