Veridian Launches Automated METS/ALTO Conversion Service

Veridian (veridiansoftware.com), a newspaper digitization software and services company based in New Zealand, is launching a new service to create low-cost, automated, page-level METS/0ALTO files for digital newspaper collections. The company is offering a grant to convert 10,00 pages in PDF or other digital format to METS/ALTO using the new service. - February 20, 2015
