White House Selects Latino Scholarship Directory as Hispanic Education Bright Spot

The National Latino & American Indian Scholarship Directory produced by Latino Literacy Now includes more than 2,000 sources of financial aid providing more than 200,000 scholarships totaling almost $1 billion that is available to Latinos and American Indians. The White House honored the scholarship directory as a Hispanic Education Bright Spot in three key areas, including access and completion of college and encouraging Latino students to pursue careers in STEM. - October 07, 2015
