Westfield Valencia Town Center Mall's Holiday Ice Rink show: The Grinch Who Stole Christmas, is proud to announce that actress/singer/songwriter, Kayley Stallings, who played Cindy Lou Who, in the live theater production of The Grinch Who Stole Christmas at The Pantages Theater in Hollywood, CA will be on hand as a special celebrity guest to perform a few songs and do a meet & greet, autograph signing, after the show.
