New Survey Says Online Shoppers do Not Want Same Day Delivery or In-Store Pick Up

A new survey conducted by online shoe retailer, Yengo.ca of Toronto shows that contrary to current thinking most online shoppers are not looking to e-commerce sites to provide them with same day delivery or the option to pick up their purchases in person. “This was a complete surprise for us,” says David Koa, president of Yengo.ca. “We expected that same day delivery and the ability to pick up your purchases would be two of the most desirable features of any online shopping experience." - February 25, 2016
