O’Neill, a third generation St. Paul attorney, joined the Board in 2013 and is a partner at the law firm of Larson King where he focuses his practice on professional liability and business service litigation. He is a graduate of St. Olaf College and earned his J.D. at the William Mitchell College of Law. - July 13, 2016
