ASW Distillery Opens in Atlanta: South’s First Distillery to Combine Scotch-Style Distilling with Southern-Style Whiskey Making Innovation

ASW Distillery is now open for weekly tours and tastings in the American Spirit Works building, a refurbished industrial space in Atlanta’s new Armour Yards neighborhood. Atlanta’s newest distillery is the first in the South to combine Scotch-style distilling traditions with Southern-style whiskey making innovation. Situated around the corner from one of Atlanta’s original craft beverage-makers, SweetWater Brewery, ASW Distillery has been over six years in the making. - July 27, 2016
