President Signs 2018 Farm Act; Agricultural Hemp Reclassified as Farm Crop; Maui Plantings to Begin in 2019

The Hawaiian Island of Maui, with three growing seasons to expedite research and abundant vacant land and water left from the end of Sugar Production just two years ago, is a particularly fertile location to facilitate the return of Hemp to our society.
