Invisible Citizens Week Draws Attention to Plight of World’s 40 Million Internally Displaced People
To draw the world’s attention to their plight, the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) has launched an innovative YouTube campaign, "Unavailable Content," in collaboration with Ogilvy, a global marketing and communication company.
