AIPPI Releases Position Paper on TRIPS Agreement COVID-19 Waiver

The Standing Committees on TRIPS and Pharma at the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property, (Association Internationale pour la Protection de la Propriété Intellectuelle - AIPPI), today released an AIPPI Bureau approved position paper on the waiver for certain provisions of the TRIPS agreement for the prevention, containment and treatment of COVID-19 proposed by some countries within the WTO. - May 16, 2021
