UrbanChillers® Announces The SCREAM, WorldWide Mobile Video Contest Tell a Tale of Terror in Two Minutes or Less

Horror entertainment site, UrbanChillers.com, announces monthly video contest for best scream. Entries must be shot using a mobile phone, PDA or other mobile device and be under two minutes in length. A monthly prize of $250 will be awarded for the best scream.
