First of A Kind New Type of Acoustic Harp, Has Both Green Laser Beams, And Harp Strings
Glenn J. Hill, of Mountain Glen Harps LLC, announces the commissioning of a first of a kind musical instrument, a combination laser harp, with six green lasers, that also includes 33 musical strings. This acoustic-electric hap will play beautifully as an acoustic harp with nearly five octaves of notes, as well as amplified with stereo or mixed-mono out-put. But it will also 'play' sampled midi music and nature sounds, and trigger the projection of still and video images via an LDC projector. - January 09, 2009
