Free Concerts in the West End
Free and Live! Are there any better words to hear in the same sentence as concert? West End Association's merchant members have joined together to support the return of free concerts to Dallas' West End. Concerts will take place every Friday night September through October with music ranging from Indie and Classic Rock to Country and Big Band Party. Dallas’ West End is kicking off its 2009 Block Party Series with the 2nd Annual Saint Patrick’s Day Block Party in the West End. The Free block party will feature Irish folk band “Beyond the Pale,” Undercover Blues Band, Irish dance groups, a bagpipe performances, a pet parade and pet lookalike contest benefiting SPCA of Texas, and great Irish foods prepared by the award winning restaurants of the West End.
