The Edge, exclusive fine dining and lounge, made history when it became the first establishment ever to win the top three awards in the Best Chef Of The Year category at the Emirates International Salon Culinaire 2009. The Edge team of 11 Chefs was awarded 11 Gold, 9 Silver and 8 Bronze medals at the Emirates International Salon Culinaire 2009 competition. - March 29, 2009
