Nutrition Book Improves Cardiovascular Health

A new book entitled, "What Should I Eat? A Food-Endowed Prescription For Health" is a 136-page book that details what combination of specific foods, fluids, and exercise generate a healthy cardiovascular lipids environment. The first 10-chapters instruct readers how to design a menu for cardiovascular health.
