Nonprofit Establishes $1-Million Foundation from Contributions of Volunteers

All-volunteer service organization, Human Service Alliance, has established a unique charitable foundation-- The Foundation for Purposeful Living. Run completely by volunteers, no funds from the Foundation's endowment will be used for administrative costs.
