Enghouse and Subsidiary Syntellect Acquire Envox Worldwide
Enghouse Systems Limited (TSX: ESL) and subsidiary Syntellect are pleased to announce the acquisition of the business and assets of Envox Worldwide. With more than 40 years combined experience, Syntellect and Envox have a strong tradition of expertise and experience serving the Interactive Voice Response and Contact Center industries. The complementary product portfolios enable the delivery of truly open contact center solutions.
Phoenix, AZ, October 22, 2008 --(PR.com)-- Enghouse Systems Limited (TSX: ESL), today announced its acquisition of the business and assets of Envox Group AB. The acquisition was completed by Enghouse and certain of its subsidiaries including Syntellect Inc., for a purchase price of $14,000,000, subject to certain adjustments. Envox’s annual revenues are approximately US$16,000,000.
