MBody Strength Launches 12-Week Fit-U-Mentary, Chronicling All Aspects of Meeting Fitness Goals
Fullerton, CA, November 12, 2008 --(PR.com)-- The owners of fitness company MBody Strength are beginning a 12-week chronicle of the diet, exercise, and lifestyle required to meet fitness goals. Marcus Martinez will be attempting to drop fat while maintaining muscle while Mark de Grasse will be attempting to gain 10-15 pounds of muscle. They will be primarily using kettlebell training for the exercise program.
“We’d like to show people what it really takes to meet your fitness goals,” stated Marcus Martinez, MBody’s founder and member. “We’d also like to show how much we believe in the methods we recommend to our clients.”
The “fitumentary” will include daily diets, exercises, body measurements, performance, and lifestyle details posted to the company website. It will also feature weekly summary videos, including participant interviews, exercising, and other life experiences. In order to show what meeting the fitness goals really takes, the participants will also record their fitness slip-ups, including diet mistakes, missed exercise days, and other breakdowns in the program.
MBody Strength primarily trains with kettlebells and interval training, and will utilize both extensively during the course. The performance tests, which will measure the effectiveness of the training, include maximum pull-ups, maximum deadlift, a 5-minute kettlebell snatch test, and a timed 1.3-mile hike/jog.
The MBody Strength Fitumentary will start on October 6, 2008 and end on December 27, 2008. Learn more at the company website www.mbodystrength.com.
