No Nonsense Fitness Craze That Defies the Credit Crunch

David Robertson Personal Training is revolutionising the fitness industry by providing clients with two invaluable lessons during the current economic crisis – how to aggressively de-stress and how to remain fit by constructing a gym in your home for next to nothing.

London, United Kingdom, February 13, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Dismissing expensive and ineffective fitness techniques, clients are taught how to pulverise huge tractor tyres with sledgehammers, how to lift, catch and throw unusual objects such as sandbags and how to maintain correct posture while running up hills with a heavily weighted wheelbarrow. As crazy as it sounds, this approach is designed to eradicate the muscular imbalances that plague society today and to make the participants more “functionally” strong. In other words, it teaches clients how to perform everyday tasks more effectively and safely. The revolutionary methods are explosive and uncompromising in nature making them hugely useful in helping clients reduce stress in a safe, non-confrontational environment. Clients are also advised how to set up a gym environment at home in order to reduce the need to spend money on expensive and ineffective gym memberships. Most of the raw materials they require can be sourced easily and cost between nothing and £20. This new movement has attracted people from all walks of life including busy executives, stay at home mums and competitive athletes. Regardless of background or fitness level, this approach can be beneficial to everyone physically, psychologically and financially.
