EVOLUTION Hires RI Native, Karen Booth, Expert Personal Trainer and Yoga Instructor
Bristol, RI, February 27, 2009 --(PR.com)-- EVOLUTION Bodywork & Nutrition, a Bristol, RI wellness center, today announced the hiring of Karen Booth. Ms. Booth will be teaching yoga classes and helping EVOLUTION’s clients achieve their fitness and wellness goals through personal training.
Ms. Booth joins the EVOLUTION staff with over 20 years of experience as a practitioner in the health and wellness arena. Most recently she owned Yoga and Wellness Within, located in Warren - and many Bristol residents may remember her from Body Magic, a popular aerobic studio in the 80’s.
Ms. Booth’s holistic approach and diverse background enable her to create customized programs for her clients. She has been a personal trainer for 20 years, has taught Hatha Yoga for 12 years and studied under such yoga visionaries as Beryl Bender Birch, Rodney Yee and Tom Gillette.

She will be a tremendous resource to our clients - whether they are looking for weight loss, increasing strength, cardio endurance or just looking for motivation to shake up their current program,” said Jen Morin, Executive Director, EVOLUTION Bodywork & Nutrition.
In addition to holding an impressive range of fitness credentials and awards, Ms. Booth holds an Associate of Applied Science (A.A.S.) from Community College of Rhode Island (CCRI) and is a graduate of the Bancroft School of Massage Therapy in Worcester, MA.

- Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Teacher Alliance – both Prenatal and Exercise
