Back by Popular Demand! DIAKADI Body Announces Its Spring Edition of Outdoor Boot Camps
San Francisco, CA, February 28, 2009 --(PR.com)-- DIAKADI Body, Personal Training and Wellness Center, is excited to bring back its outdoor boot camps, the hottest and most economical workout in San Francisco. Starting Saturday, March 14 at 10 a.m., individuals of all fitness levels will gather in Mission Creek Park or in the Presidio (near the Lyon Street Stairs) to take their workout to the next level. The outdoor boot camps will meet every Saturday for four-consecutive weeks (March 14, 21, 28 and April 4). Each session is $20 or $70 for all four sessions.
Instructed and motivated by owners, Billy Polson and Mike Clausen, DIAKADI’s Boot Camp will move participants with everything from sand resistance training and stair climbing to obstacle and relay courses for total body strengthening. Each session opens with a warm up of jogging or yoga and closes by bringing the heart rate down with core and stretch therapy. With a personal training facility of their own that houses the most innovative tools and equipment, Polson and Clausen bring new challenges to each session including battling ropes, hurdles, load bearing sleds and weighted vests.
