BayView Entertainment’s Fitness DVDs for May 2009 Offer Complete Workouts for Beginners, Experts, and Everyone in-Between

These DVDs join BayView’s catalog of fitness, wellness, and special interest DVDs in bringing a diverse and interesting range of subjects to retailers and consumers everywhere.
BayView’s acclaimed Absolute Beginners Fitness series has two new entries, leading off with fitness favorite Nekea Brown (famed for her “Street Dance” workout DVD) and her brand-new workout, “Absolute Beginners Step & Dance Aerobics” (street date 5/12/2009). Cardio step and dance workouts are proven fat burners and calorie blasters and Nekea’s all-new workout delivers both for the home exerciser. Designed for beginners, Nekea also has a detailed tutorial segment that teaches the basic step and dance moves. Two complete workouts follow: a Step segment and a Latin Dance segment. The “Absolute Beginners Cardio Dance Interval Workout” with Pam Cosmi follows on May 26, delivering a dynamic dance and strength exercise program. The nine different intervals (each with its own distinct musical accompaniment) consist of a three minute cardio dance routine, followed by a two minute strength training segment. The PowerBody Fitness DVD series from BayView gains a new entry with the dynamic “Strength & Core Workout” two-DVD set. Certified Physical Therapist Trish Muse demonstrates High and Low Resistance, Strength Training, Core Work, and more through the course of the two DVDs, titled Strength Attack and Core Attack. A wide variety of exercises in all positions and angles work the muscles in every way possible to maximize and optimize the workout. A functional stretch finishes things off on each DVD. Suggested retail price for the two-DVD set is $19.99, street date is May 19.
