Boston’s First Women’s Only Boot Camp Begins May 4th
AIR Personal Fitness is pleased to announce the opening of “In It To Win It!” Fitness Boot Camp Just For Women.
Boston, MA, April 22, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Local Boston Holistic Personal Trainer and Fat Loss Expert Jaylin Allen it taking her contagious enthusiasm for powerful workouts to the streets. She is the featured instructor for this special Women's Only Fitness Boot Camp.
Starting May 4th at 6:30am, this fun, fast-paced and effective style of training will offer it's unique blend of cardiovascular, strength and endurance training to women of all ages and levels of fitness on the esplanade near the hatch shell. The Monday, Wednesday, Friday schedule is perfect for women who are having difficulty fitting fitness into their schedule. This new boot camp is designed to help women get fit fast in a helpful, supportive environment.
“The current boot camps in Boston cater to men and women together, a set-up that has worked really well.” Jaylin said. “But this style of training can be intense, not ‘pretty’ and many women expressed a preference to train in a group of only women where they feel more comfortable being sweaty. This schedule was a perfect fit for a lot of the women who contacted us.”
Allen has created this boot camp to offer women an environment to workout where it is not only okay to let them see you sweat, it’s mandatory.
