AIR Personal Fitness Donates a Free Month of Fitness Boot Camp to the Volunteers of Boston’s Walk for Hunger
AIR Personal Fitness wants to recognize and celebrate the people who participated in the Walk for Hunger by giving them 4 weeks of free fitness boot camp on the esplanade.
Boston, MA, May 01, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Jaylin Allen, Local Boston Fitness Expert, is the host of 2 boot camps on the esplanade near the hatch shell. “In It To Win It!” is a Mon, Weds, Fri - 6:30am all women’s boot camp and Saturday mornings at 7:45am is FIT-tastic, the only boot camp in Boston that donates 100% of the proceeds to the FANtastic Kids Charity, a health and nutrition program serving kids is Mattapan, Dorchester, Roxbury and Brighton..

This boot camp class is a 45 minute intense, incredibly efficient fat burning workout that can be scaled to all fitness levels from the elite to the less physically fit to get you in better shape and reduce fat. All you need to bring is a water bottle. All necessary equipment will be provided. You may also choose to bring a towel and a mat.
