Registration Opens for Business Women's Workshop: Seraphim Sphere

Wilsonville, OR, June 02, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Therapy in Transition LLC is now offering a unique solution for business women – a powerful and empowering group coaching workshop. Registration began June 1, 2009 for the group coaching series called Seraphim Sphere.

“Running for four consecutive weeks, four will women take part in a unique brainstorming ‘workshop style’ coaching group. This group of professional women focuses on offering solutions to everyday business challenges,” Karen Kleinwort, owner of Therapy in Transition says.

In-person workshops take place at the Wilsonville, Oregon offices. It is also being held via webcast. Out of the area participants only need Internet access with a webcam and microphone to join the series.

Over the course of the four weeks participants will bring a problem, which they have yet to find a solution for, or a challenge, that keeps recurring. Each week they will share contacts and referrals with each other to allow for a broader network of support.

Each group is given access to a private group forum through Therapy in Transition's secure website to share and continue dialogue started during the weekly sessions. There will be a main private forum, through which all registered participants, both in-person and webinar, are able to chat, network and further support one another. These forums are active and free for participants for 90 days past the end of the workshop series.

Therapy in Transition's Seraphim Sphere is one of only a few organizations to provide the element of confidentiality and non-disclosure. Each group of participants will sign a confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement prior to the first workshop. “We believe there is tremendous opportunity for each participant to brainstorm with others for new product and/or service ideas,” Kleinwort, Certified Professional Business Coach says. “These ideas will possibly make the difference of setting your organization apart from another. We support each of our participant's success and to ensure their unique ideas are protected and held in confidence we have put this confidentiality/non-disclosure policy in place to provide an initial space of trust, confidence, security, and openness.”

At the end of the series each participant will have access to the shared information gathered such as the weekly intentions, contacts, action item tools and tasks to download via Adobe, MP3 format through the website.
