Folsom, CA, July 30, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Val Fujii, a local fitness expert and owner of Superwomen Boot Camp, is proud to announce that one of his campers will be participating in the Breast Cancer 3-Day Walk in Seattle, Washington, benefiting Susan G. Komen For The Cure. One in eight women will get diagnosed with breast cancer this year.
The Breast Cancer 3-Day is an amazing 60-mile journey that helps mothers, sisters, spouses, and friends get one step closer to a world without breast cancer. The event takes place September 11th-13th.
“Each walker has to raise a minimum of $2,300 in order to participate in the event, “ says Fujii. Fujii goes on to say, “Kellie McNair, who is one of my boot campers, and her team of three other fabulous women, have raised $13,000 so far. Their goal is to reach $15,000.” The name of their team is Bibbidi Bobbidi Boobs.
