North Carolina Secretary of State Elaine Marshall and WRAL-TV’s Monica Laliberte will join Mangrum at the event, which costs $35 per person or $350 to sponsor a table for eight. Registration and networking will take place from 11:30 a.m. until noon, followed by lunch and the speakers.
