Milwaukee Adventure Boot Camp Opens State-of-the-Art Indoor Fitness Boot Camp Facility
Come October and falling temperatures, Milwaukee Adventure Boot Camp will move to new turf – an indoor facility customized to provide ideal indoor conditions for a boot camp fitness workout. The October 5 sessions will kick off the new Glendale location.
Milwaukee, WI, September 03, 2009 --(PR.com)-- Milwaukee Adventure Boot Camp (MABC) will open the first indoor boot camp facility of its kind in Milwaukee on October 5, 2009, in Glendale, announced Catherine Andersen, MABC owner and head trainer.
“We’re opening this facility as a way to bring our outdoor fitness program inside during the cold weather months without sacrificing the intense and effective workouts our campers are accustomed to,” said Andersen.
The custom-designed 8,000-square-foot space will include a 6,000-square-foot multi-use boot camp and fitness area with a turf surface that simulates the feel of a natural grass-covered playing field. Other special features include a boutique-style personal training area with cardio equipment, a Yoga and Pilates room, a rubberized multi-function area and men’s and women’s locker rooms. The MABC corporate office will also be housed in the space, located at 4170 North Port Washington Road, (doors face Olive Street) in Glendale.
The facility will also be a resource for the community as a rental space, available to sports groups, businesses and other organizations to use for a wide variety of events such as seminars, parties, demonstrations, team-building activities and more.
The second floor facility will offer two morning camps at 5:30 and 8:45 and an evening coed camp at 6:00. Camps begin October 5. The indoor boot camp follows the established 60-minute moderate- to high-intensity workout with energetic music, advanced training equipment, certified personal trainers and certified boot camp coaches who are dedicated to providing a full, varied workout tailored to a range of fitness levels.
