Florence Community Healthcare's Executive Team brings decades of expertise and leadership to the new organization.

Florence Community Healthcare has a new senior leadership team in place, bringing decades of expertise, experience and leadership to the organization. Initiatives Healthcare, parent company of Florence Community Healthcare names Gary Faulkner as Chief Executive Officer; Loren Jacobson as Chief Financial Officer; Sandy Lennon as Chief Nursing Officer; Stephen Franken as Chief Information Officer; and Fred Randolph as Executive Director of Skilled Nursing and Long Term Care. Florence Community Healthcare is slated to open phase one of their operation in November 2009, with a grand opening of the entire facility projected for January 2010.

The Executive Team
Gary Faulkner served 30 years with the Department of the Army and most recently as Director of Personnel/Business Manager at Fort Bragg, North Carolina. He received numerous awards for meritorious and distinguished service during his tenure with the Army.
Loren Jacobson spent the past thirty years with St. Patrick Hospital and Health Sciences Center, serving for 20 years as Chief Financial Officer before relocating to Florence.
Stephen Franken most recently served as Chief Information Officer of San Juan Regional Medical Center, a 240 bed regional medical center in Farmington New Mexico.
Sandy Lennon has served in a variety of positions ranging from Assistant Vice President of Nursing and Ancillary Services at St. Edward Mercy Medical Center, Fort Smith, Arkansas to Administrator/Director of Nursing, Behavioral Health Services, Maricopa Integrated Health Systems, and Phoenix Arizona.
Fred Randolph most recently served as Executive Director for Medical and Clinical Services of Evercare Hospice of Tucson, where he was responsible for all day-to-day operations including Physician, Nursing, Social Service, Marketing, Pastoral and Financial Services.
